The heart of our holiday table

From the wood oven.To your table.

There is nothing quite like turkey from a wood-fired oven. Our Thanksgiving menu celebrates local farms, autumn squash, mushrooms, orchard fruit and all the richness of the season.

Choose our traditional wood-roasted turkey with the fixings, or the smoked pancetta-wrapped roulade filled with squash, cranberry and sage.

Made from scratch. Inspired by New York. Served with warmth.
