Since opening in 2013, sustainability has been central to how we operate. We cook without gas, using apple and cherry wood from replanted local orchards, purchase wind power for our electricity, source from regional farms and producers, and feature an exclusively New York State wine list.

The Marshal is located at 628 10th Avenue, between 44th and 45th Streets, just north of the Javits Center in Hell's Kitchen.
