Two poached farm fresh eggs over sautéed heirloom cherry tomatoes, arugula, garlic, and fresh herbs. Served on a wood oven baked buttermilk biscuit. Topped with homemade hollandaise and served with roasted Upstate NY potatoes and your choice of applewood smoked bacon, homemade pork breakfast sausage, or a mesclun side salad with Black Horse Farm cherry tomatoes.
