Poached and chilled local organic shrimp in a spiced rose mignonette



First Course

Albarino, 2019

Upstate overwintered apple salad with zesty micro greens, charred summer peaches, local blue cheese, toasted almonds, and bee pollen in a rooftop honey vinaigrette



Second Course

Pinot Blanc, 2018

Smoked duck breast in a spiced American oak curd, pickled Bartlett pear, apple reduction, brioche dust



Third Course

Syrah, 2016

Maine lobster panna cotta, herbes de provence, naughty sea salt



Fourth Course

Cabernet Sauvignon, 2016

Wood oven red oak smoked short rib of beef, preserved summer berry coulis, 

butter popcorn polenta, jus

Date and semolina olive oil cake, toffee mousse, 

golden raisin reduction
