Join Bedell Cellars and Chef Charlie Marshall for a perfectly paired presentation of six of winwmaker Rich Olsen-Harbich's best wines. Chef Charlie works to create a unique dish for each course that accentuates the best qualities of each wine.
Bedell Cellars wines define the emerging north fork style: moderate alcohol, naturally crisp, with distinct saline minerality. They have fine tuned their techniques over 34 vintages to work in harmony with their unique maritime terroir.
